Group Optimizer Terms of Service

By logging onto Group Optimizer, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions herein and the terms and conditions contained in Group Optimizer’ Contract of Carriage (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Terms"). Furthermore, you agree to receive e-mails from Group Optimizer that may assist in planning your travels including, but not limited to fare information, new services, etc. Fares available on Group Optimizer are fares which are available only for travel and tracking purposes. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this site. Please check the Terms periodically for any changes to the Terms. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance thereof.

Travel Agent IATA and Non IATA access

By proceeding with this registration, you confirm that you are a registered Travel Agent with the necessary license required by the law of your country. Group Optimizer shall provide you with an Agency Log in ID (hereinafter "ALID"). Your employees must use the ALID to book each reservation made with Group Optimizer on Group Optimizer. This ALID should not be disclosed or given to any unauthorized persons. The Agency is responsible for all bookings and payments made through their ALID.

Non Agent access

Group Optimizer shall provide you with your Log In ID. This Log In ID should not be disclosed or given to any unauthorized persons. You are responsible for all bookings and payments made through your own Log In ID.

Terms and Conditions of Use

By continuing using Group Optimizer, you consent to website cookies usage, the Terms and our Privacy Policy. Group Optimizer Berhad reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Privacy Policy without any prior notice.

Indemnification

By logging onto Group Optimizer, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Group Optimizer, its employees, contractors, officers, agents and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including legal fees arising from any use, misuse or abuse of Group Optimizer.

Termination

Group Optimizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of this site, with or without prior notice.

Data Privacy Protection

MH understands the importance of protecting your privacy. Hence, we have updated our Privacy Policy to ensure compliance with the laws on data protection under Group Optimizer's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) as well as the European Union's General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). This is to ensure that the data you have shared with us is safeguarded. The Privacy Policy covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your information.

Personal Data is information that can be used to identify or contact a passenger. You may be asked to provide your personal data anytime you are in contact with us or our subsidiary/affiliated companies. We may share your personal data amongst each other in accordance with this Privacy Policy, combined with other information, in order to provide and improve our products and service offerings to you.
